About Jarmila
I’ve spent the last 13+ years working at the intersection of people, growth and business.
I started my career in HR and recruiting and have since worked with startups and growing companies across recruiting, People Operations and HR consulting.
Over the years, I’ve built HR functions from scratch, helped companies scale their teams, led complex searches, implemented HR tools and processes, and worked closely with founders and hiring managers to solve the people challenges that come with growth.
Today, I bring that experience to Connectiva — helping companies build, fix and accelerate the people side of their business.
Sometimes that means finding the right person. Sometimes it means building the process behind the hire. And sometimes it simply means having someone experienced to help figure things out.
